LOAD BANKS RENTAL

UPR owns multi-megawatts of testing capacity load banks that can be deployed for the testing of turbines and large capacity generators.
We have a good track record of delivery with the successful execution of the testing equipment to remote regions such as at a cement factory
in Saudi Arabia, at shipyards in Dalian, Shanghai, and Guangzhou in China; as well as at an offshore platform that belongs to Pertamina, Indonesia.

Load banks supply can be in both resistive and inductive types, depending on the client’s testing requirements.
A handheld controller for simple load step is made available for use in addition to the proprietary software that can be uploaded
to a computer for a higher demanded load. The latter has the ability to present the response of the generators graphically.

UPR’s load banks come in the range of 1MVA, 3MVA, and 6MVA types and the testing system can be further enhanced by
interlinking this equipment up to 72MVA capacity output.

Other applications include Load Testing of UPS, Static Transfer Switch, Standby Generator at Data Centres, and other buildings.
It may be used to discharge battery bank.
